Dean Gendron , PHR
Vice President of Client Satisfaction
Dean brings 11+ years working in the human resources,
benefit administration, employee relations, PEO (Professional
Employer Organizations), payroll, and time & labor
software and service industries. "Though
I have experience in many areas of an HR and Payroll
department I have seen many changes since the mid-90's
in the medium sized companies (200-2500 employees).
What has not changed is the
constant of HR, payroll, and time & labor vendors
claiming to solve all organizations' critical business
issues with their single service
When asked, Why TATP Dean says," We are uniquely able to provide the best solution by having the ability
to bring multiple vendors that fit our clients' exact needs and budget. We also handle the interfaces.
What more could a customer want?"
"This makes our primary focus listening to our clients and their specific issues and knowing
what our various software products capabilities are.
I am thrilled that I don't have to concern myself with
marketing spin. If it doesn't fit our clients
needs we won't recommend it.
